Crane and Heavy Equipment Operations Training

Buyer seeks a contractor to provide crane and heavy equipment operations training for employees. Training includes mobile cranes, gantry cranes, boom trucks, bucket trucks, digger derricks, and earth-moving equipment. Contractor must provide NCCCO certification preparation and testing proctors. Training will include classroom instruction, test preparation, onsite coaching, and learning materials for up to 12 students per class.

• 7/17/2025 - Questions Due
• 7/31/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Minimum 5 years experience providing customized training programs
• NCCCO certified instructors with minimum 8 years crane operation experience
• Non-operator instructors must have 10 years equipment experience
• All instructors must maintain current NCCCO certifications

• Provide mobile crane operations training and certification preparation
• Conduct overhead crane and hoist operator qualification training
• Deliver digger derrick and boom truck operator training
• Train employees on rigging, signaling, and sling inspection
• Proctor NCCCO certification skills testing
• Provide earth moving equipment operator training
• Deliver bucket truck operation qualification training
• Conduct onsite field coaching and equipment operation evaluation
• Customize training programs for Austin Energy specific needs
• Provide training during second or third shift when needed
