Buyer seeks a qualified organization to provide a comprehensive executive leadership development training course for mid- to executive-level law enforcement leaders. The program must deliver 120 hours of immersive training focusing on self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. Training must be delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual learning components, with in-person sessions held in Washington State. The course will be offered at least six times per year and include a capstone project.

• Experience in law enforcement leadership development
