JSRH Level 6 Procedural Platform

Buyer seeks qualified architectural/engineering services for the build-out of approximately 46,000 SF of shell space and renovation of 6,500 SF on Level 6 of Jennie Sealy Hospital. The Procedural Platform will include new procedural suites and support areas, including one Cath Lab, one Bi-Plane IR, five Single Plane IRs, one Nuclear Lab, expanded Pre-Op Holding, a new PACU, and an Echocardiography clinic. The project will be delivered through a Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery method.

• 7/9/2025 - Pre-submittal conference and MS Teams call
• 7/9/2025 - Site visit at Jennie Sealy Hospital
• 7/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be a registered architecture firm in Texas
• Must be a registered engineering firm in Texas
• Must not be ineligible under Section 2155.004 of Texas Government Code
• Must have necessary experience with healthcare procedural platforms

• Design build-out of approximately 46,000 SF of shell space
• Renovate 6,500 SF on Level 6 of Jennie Sealy Hospital
• Design new procedural suites including Cath Lab and Bi-Plane IR
• Design five Single Plane IRs and one Nuclear Lab
• Create expanded Pre-Op Holding area
• Design new PACU and Echocardiography clinic
• Ensure compliance with campus master plan requirements
• Develop cost estimates throughout design phases
• Coordinate with Construction Manager-at-Risk
• Provide construction administration services
