Buyer is seeking consortium level pricing to enable economy of scale procurement, multi-member discounts, and accelerated purchasing solutions to enable their membership to secure their organizations.

• Offer external and internal penetration testing services
• Deliver vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) services
• Provide attestation services for compliance requirements
• Implement security monitoring and incident response capabilities
• Develop data governance and risk management programs
• Create business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Provide member-specific cybersecurity solutions based on maturity levels
• Offer consortium-level pricing for economy of scale procurement
