• Conduct outreach to existing unpermitted street vendors to formalize participation
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Night Market

• Provide security and traffic control for the market
• Develop marketing and promotional plan with City-approved branding
• Track market attendance and provide quarterly reports
• Integrate quarterly customer feedback mechanism for evaluation
• Manage vendor relations and build vendor base through outreach
• Handle site cleanup and trash removal after each event
• Create transition plan if management changes at contract end
