Buyer seeks a managed service provider to support its IT infrastructure serving approximately 45 active users across three buildings. The contract covers comprehensive IT services including help desk, network monitoring, server administration, backup services, desktop management, and security compliance. Buyer requires support for its Public Safety Department which operates 24/7/365, with the provider acting as liaison to third-party vendors. The contract period is for five fiscal years upon award through June 30, 2030.

• Must maintain at least one employee within 100 miles of Bloomfield Hills
• All MSP employees must pass CJIS background check and complete required training

• Provide 24/7/365 Service Desk support with ITIL-aligned SLAs
• Deliver Network Operations Center with 24/7 monitoring and administration
• Administer on-premises and cloud servers including Hyper-V and SQL
• Implement Backup-as-a-Service with triple-location policy
• Provide Desktop-as-a-Service with CJIS-compliant remote management
• Conduct security assessments aligned with CISA controls
• Coordinate required annual security audits and compliance
• Act as technical liaison between users and third-party vendors
• Maintain 99.9% monthly uptime for critical IT services
• Support Public Safety Department's 24/7/365 operations
