Buyer seeks a vendor to conduct data collection for the 2026 Boston Survey of Children's Health. The survey will be modeled after the National Survey of Children's Health with a 26-27 minute interview length. Data collection will follow a random-digit-dial method using CATI system for a 6-month period starting January 2026. Sample size options range from 1800-2500 interviews with varying distributions between landline and cellphone.

• Minimum 5 years experience in complex survey design CATI interviewing
• Experience weighting data collected from complex survey design
• Experience collecting data from landline and cellular telephone samples
• Experience collecting health survey data with highly sensitive topics

• Conduct random-digit-dial CATI survey with landline/cell-phone mix
• Sample Boston residents with children under 18 years
• Manage disproportionate stratified random sampling method
• Develop small-area sampling for geographically targeted cell phone calls
• Execute oversample in specific zip codes for representative community groups
• Conduct interviews in Spanish with dialect appropriate for Boston
• Implement refusal conversion strategies for soft refusals
• Provide toll-free line for respondent questions and feedback
• Calculate complex survey design weights for dual-frame sample
• Apply post-stratification with raking algorithm to match population demographics
