Buyer seeks qualified companies to provide professional creative services including graphic design, photography, and videography on an as-needed basis. Services are divided into three groups that vendors can bid on separately or in combination. The buyer anticipates awarding multiple contracts to meet their varying creative needs. All work must follow the buyer's brand standards and will become the property of the buyer.

• 7/16/2025 - Questions Due
• 7/29/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Group A requires personnel with five years graphic design experience
• Group B requires personnel with five years photography experience
• Group C requires personnel with five years videography experience

• Create graphic designs for marketing/communication materials following brand guidelines
• Develop event-specific logos and presentation templates
• Shoot professional photographs for events, portraits, and landscapes
• Produce promotional videos with professional lighting and audio
• Create animations and text motion graphics
• Create explainer and training videos
• Shoot vertical videos specifically for social media platforms
• Attend client meetings to discuss project needs and strategy
• Meet tight deadlines and budget constraints
• Deliver files in appropriate formats for broadcast and social media
