Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to provide telecommunications cabling, fiber installation, maintenance, and technical support services. The contract includes routine show support, on-site maintenance, and capital project assistance at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The selected vendor will support data and voice cabling, fiber optics, and related IT infrastructure for events, facility operations, and capital improvement projects. Services will be provided on a 24/7/365 basis with requirements for emergency response and after-hours support.

• 7/7/2025 - Site Tours
• 7/18/2025 - Question Cut-off Date
• 7/29/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Financial capability to provide services
• Appropriate insurance coverages
• Legal licenses to operate in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia
• Three written references from current or prior customers

• Install, maintain, and repair voice and data cabling systems
• Support Administrative Telephone System and Contractor Telephone services
• Install and maintain Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables
• Provide 24/7/365 emergency response service
• Perform cable moves, adds, changes, and deletions
• Support capital improvement projects with cabling installation
• Provide technical oversight and owner's representation services
• Conduct post-installation testing and validation
• Ensure installations comply with industry standards and codes
• Transition and retain incumbent staff for service continuity
