Buyer seeks qualified vendors to provide special education services to eligible students enrolled in district schools. Buyer requires staffing agencies to recruit and hire Specialized Service Providers, Special Education Teachers, and paraprofessionals to supplement existing staff. This alternative hiring practice ensures buyer can fulfill all legal/ethical obligations to provide FAPE in accordance with IDEA, ECEA, and Section 504 regulations. Services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, psychology, and specialized teaching positions.

• Valid Colorado licenses and certifications for all service providers
• Criminal background checks meeting requirements of §22-32-109.7, C.R.S.
• Ability to meet district insurability requirements
• National Provider Identifier for applicable positions

• Recruit and hire specialized service providers to supplement existing staff
• Provide Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants
• Provide Occupational and Physical Therapists
• Provide School Nurses, Psychologists, and Social Workers
• Provide Special Education Teachers and Paraprofessionals
• Ensure all personnel meet licensing and certification requirements
• Maintain accurate timesheets and detailed invoicing
• Ensure personnel complete required district trainings
• Provide quality assurance and customer service
• Support compensatory education services as needed
