Buyer seeks a healthcare provider to deliver comprehensive medical, mental health, and substance use disorder services for inmates at the Grant County Jail. Services include screening, assessment, treatment, medication management, and discharge planning for approximately 180 inmates. The facility currently operates as a Maximum Security facility and is planning to develop a new consolidated justice center. Buyer requires services that meet community standards of care and comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

• Licensed or certified to practice in the State of Washington
• Ability to pass criminal background checks for all staff
• Experience with correctional healthcare delivery systems
• Knowledge of NCCHC standards and accreditation requirements

• Provide 24/7 comprehensive healthcare services to inmates
• Conduct medical and mental health screenings within two hours of arrival
• Manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program for substance use disorders
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Provide mental health evaluations and crisis intervention services
• Develop discharge planning and community care coordination
• Manage intoxication and withdrawal treatment protocols
• Provide pharmacy services including medication procurement and administration
• Implement quality assurance program meeting NCCHC standards
• Train corrections staff on health-related issues
