• Identify property addresses from all STR websites

• Interface with Borough's CAMA software platform
• Archive listing screenshots with identifiable information
• Provide high-resolution screenshots of all active listings
• Track listing status, dates, and occupancy rates
• Support Borough's outreach and code enforcement efforts
• Provide documentation for court cases
