Buyer seeks a contractor to provide educational training for underground utility locators. The contractor will deliver eight separate two-day training programs in different locations across Washington State. Training will cover locating instruments, troubleshooting techniques, ticket management, and certification testing. The program aims to certify up to 160 participants with skills in underground utility location.

• Licensed to do business in Washington State
• At least ten years' experience in locating underground utilities
• Teaching experience
• Experience with several types of locating equipment
• Knowledge about Underground Utilities law in Chapter 19.122 RCW

• Develop underground utility locating curriculum addressing equipment types and operation
• Conduct eight two-day training programs across Washington State
• Train up to 160 participants in underground utility locating techniques
• Provide written course materials including Spanish translations if needed
• Administer knowledge and practical skill tests for 2-year certification
• Teach troubleshooting techniques for utility location equipment
• Deliver outdoor learning demonstrations and hands-on training
• Teach proper ticket management for utility location requests
• Submit attendance lists and training completion reports to agency
• Develop curriculum covering current, shape, and endpoint analysis
