The center will implement healthcare workforce education and training programs. The successful vendor will need to maintain a board of directors and proper documentation for continuing education accreditation.

• Conduct regional needs assessment for Maricopa, Pinal, and Yavapai counties
• Establish administrative infrastructure to operate health education center
• Develop healthcare workforce education and training programs
• Implement community-based experiential training (CBET)
• Create partnerships with healthcare facilities and educational institutions
• Provide continuing education opportunities for healthcare professionals
• Organize pipeline programs for students interested in health careers
• Maintain board of directors with at least ten members
• Track and report performance metrics per AHEC requirements
