Buyer seeks a vendor to provide digital literacy and on-the-job training courses to North Carolina's Highway Construction Trade Academy graduates and small/disadvantaged businesses. The program includes providing internet-enabled laptops to each trainee. This initiative is funded by the Office of Digital Equity and Literacy grant through U.S. Treasury's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the training program including laptop setup, course delivery, and progress tracking.

• Instructors must be Microsoft certified with three years teaching experience
• Experience in adult education required
• Expertise in construction or project management required
• Ability to provide technical support for the grant duration

• Provide digital literacy training to Highway Construction Trade Academy graduates

• Deliver Microsoft Office proficiency courses
• Facilitate training for transitioning from Google Workspace to Office 365
• Offer specialized software training for construction bidding and estimating
• Implement a participant tracking system for attendance and progress
• Create detailed timeline for procurement, training, and deployment phases
• Develop and execute a compliance and regulatory adherence plan
• Generate quarterly reports on program progress and impact
• Distribute laptops with necessary software pre-installed
