Energy Management Information System and Utility Bill Population

Buyer seeks a vendor to implement a comprehensive Energy Management Information System (EMIS) and Utility Bill Processing (UBP) solution. The system will support energy data management, automate utility bill processing, and provide advanced analytics for approximately 181 state-managed courthouses with 800 active vendor accounts. Buyer will consider either a single prime vendor for both EMIS and UBP or a prime vendor with a third-party UBP partner. The contract includes an initial five-year term with optional renewals for up to six additional years.
