Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering and other professional services for due diligence documentation for the Triangle North Granville site. The approximately 500-acre site requires comprehensive assessment for the NC Selectsite Readiness Program. Services include environmental assessments, surveys, studies, and analyses to prepare the site for future development. Buyer encourages proposals from small, minority, veteran-owned and woman-owned firms.

• Licensed to work in North Carolina
• NCDOT prequalified
• Ability to provide engineering services to County standards
• Financial resources to perform desired services

• Conduct Phase I environmental assessment
• Perform wetland and stream determination
• Complete threatened and endangered species report
• Prepare historical, archaeological, and cultural resource review
• Create buildable area map
• Perform ALTA survey
• Provide title opinion
• Complete Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination
• Conduct Riparian Buffer Determination
• Perform Noise Feasibility Study
• Develop Existing Utilities Map & Capacity Statement
• Complete Traffic Impact and Feasibility Analysis
• Conduct Labor Market Analysis
• Manage grant writing and administration
• Prepare engineering analysis and studies
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Assist with funding applications
• Obtain necessary permits
• Provide construction management if needed
• Create as-built documentation
