Buyer seeks a qualified consulting firm to design newly elected official orientation, and design and facilitate leadership development and strategic alignment sessions among elected officials. The project includes planning and conducting orientation programs, strategic planning sessions, and leadership development/executive coaching for the Mayor, City Council and Cabinet. The contract will be for three years with an option to extend for two additional years.
