Buyer seeks a professional consultant to conduct a community needs/health assessment to identify and understand specific needs and resources within the community. The assessment will gather information about health status, needs, and resources to help prioritize efforts and allocate resources effectively. This process will assist the buyer and stakeholders in developing targeted interventions to address pressing issues. The gathered information will be used for planning, implementing, and evaluating public programs.
