• Must be a Professional Engineer/Architect licensed in Rhode Island
• Each discipline must have licensed engineer/architect overseeing design work

• Design replacement HVAC systems for six medium security housing buildings totaling 90,000 square feet
• Coordinate with utilities to secure all available rebates and incentives
• Create 3D models of mechanical rooms using scanning technology
• Develop constructability approach and phasing plan
• Perform code evaluation and ensure compliance with all applicable standards
• Validate existing electrical infrastructure and potential service upgrade requirements
• Conduct site assessment of existing equipment and services
• Provide complete CSI format specifications for all disciplines
• Attend weekly project meetings with DOC team throughout design phase
• Prepare design drawings in Revit 2024 with minimum LOD 300
