Buyer is seeking qualified bidders to provide cybersecurity software components and licenses as part of the FCC E-Rate Cybersecurity Pilot Program. The scope includes Microsoft 365 A3 licenses, Google Workspace for Education licenses, and Infoblox licenses to enhance cybersecurity posture. These solutions will provide advanced threat detection, identity protection, and endpoint security for a three-year term.

• 7/10/2025 - Last Day for Submittal of Questions
• 7/24/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/5/2025 - Planned Award Date
• 8/6/2025 - Issuance of Purchase Order

• Must be an established manufacturer and/or distributor
• Must be a current certified E-Rate provider
• Must be an authorized distributor for proposed products
• Must have adequate organization and delivery capabilities
• Must have financial capacity to maintain credit lines

• Implement Microsoft 365 A3 identity and access management
• Deploy Google Workspace for Education Plus for endpoint protection
• Install Infoblox DDI solution for network security
• Configure Microsoft Defender for threat protection
• Implement multi-factor authentication and conditional access
• Enable data loss prevention capabilities
• Integrate security monitoring and detection tools
• Ensure secure identity protection with zero trust architecture
• Maintain E-Rate certification throughout contract term
• Provide technical support for all cybersecurity components
