• Experience in engineering and construction management with local governments
• Familiarity with parks and recreation settings
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Experience with FEMA's PA and HMGP programs preferred
• Not debarred from federal contracts

• Conduct engineering design and consulting for three damaged parks
• Perform site assessments for hurricane damage
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Secure necessary permits for recovery work
• Provide FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation support
• Develop cost estimates and project scopes
• Manage bid process and contract oversight
• Oversee construction administration for park repairs
• Maintain FEMA-compliant documentation and recordkeeping
• Attend disaster recovery meetings as needed
