• Perform comprehensive facility condition assessment of 105,000 SF detention food factory
• Design interior finish remedies and upgrades
• Design HVAC/electrical/plumbing infrastructure improvements
• Design food production systems upgrades
• Include commercial restaurant design consulting
• Provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services
• Provide construction administration services
• Collaborate with Facilities Management Department team approach
• Develop remedies for interior finishes
• Submit detailed construction documents
