• Determine economic development purpose and role of the AgTech Park
• Assess community and stakeholder support through interviews and surveys
• Develop comprehensive market analysis with go/no-go criteria
• Recommend facility components and design for food innovation center
• Identify viable site locations with assessment and cost estimates
• Analyze long-term sustainability and potential funding sources
• Evaluate education partner integration opportunities
• Develop financial analysis for self-sustainability
• Recommend operational and management plan
• Present findings to County Commissioners
