Buyer seeks a vendor to provide an Information Technology Peripherals and Components & Related Services Online Ordering System for all state agencies. The system must allow agencies to view products online, create downloadable quotes, and order directly using procurement cards. Vendor must be a reseller partner able to provide various branded hardware, audio/visual services, installation/de-installation services, and relocation services. The initial contract term is one year with six one-year renewal options.

• 7/11/2025 - 1st Response to Questions
• 7/15/2025 - 2nd Set of Questions Due
• 7/17/2025 - 2nd Response to Questions
• 7/24/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/20/2025 - System Completion Deadline

• Must be a RESELLER PARTNER
• Must comply with Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act
• Must maintain all Commonwealth data within contiguous United States

• Develop customizable online ordering system for IT peripherals and components
• Provide reseller services for various branded hardware
• Support audio/visual hardware and related services
• Offer installation/de-installation services
• Provide relocation services
• Maintain security and encryption for online system
• Create downloadable online quotes capability
• Enable procard ordering directly through system
• Implement online customer support feature
• Manage delivery within 30 working days
