Buyer seeks an Offeror-hosted Student Information System (SIS) to support charter schools with system administration and data reporting. The system must support Colorado Department of Education reporting requirements and offer robust student data management tools. Initially serving approximately 10-19 schools with 2,000-11,000 students, the solution must be scalable to accommodate additional schools over time. Buyer will oversee system administration while the vendor provides implementation, data conversion, hosting, and support.

• Been in operation for at least 5 years providing SIS solutions
• Prior experience with Colorado K-12 educational institutions
• Compliance with FERPA requirements

• Configure SIS to support multi-school structure
• Migrate data from existing SIS platforms
• Provide administrator and user training
• Customize SIS modules for individual school needs
• Support Colorado state reporting compliance
• Implement user role-based access controls
• Manage student demographics, attendance, grades, and transcripts
• Support program management for IEPs and other plans
• Provide parent/student portals with communication tools
• Deliver ongoing technical support and maintenance
