Buyer is seeking a firm to provide Project Management Consulting support for MARTA GA 400 Express Lanes/Bus Rapid Transit Project. The project will be conducted in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Transportation selected GA 400 Express Lane Design-Builder. The consultant must ensure compliance with FTA guidelines and reporting requirements. Buyer's Department of Infrastructure will administer the contract.

• 6/18/2025 - Pre-Proposal Conference
• 6/24/2025 - Question Deadline
• 7/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia

• Provide project management consulting support for MARTA GA 400 EL/BRT Project
• Coordinate with Georgia Department of Transportation's selected GA 400 Express Lane Design-Builder
• Ensure compliance with FTA guidelines and reporting requirements
• Monitor and control project costs and schedule
• Implement quality assurance program based on ISO 9001 Standards
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide engineering expertise across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, electrical)
• Conduct system safety engineering and environmental compliance management
• Perform construction management and inspection services
• Coordinate system integration and commissioning activities
