Buyer seeks a comprehensive cybersecurity solution under the USAC E-Rate Cybersecurity pilot program. Buyer requires Chief Security Office as a Service, Extended Detection & Response for endpoints, SIEM implementation, penetration testing, and Dark Web scanning. The solution must improve network monitoring, develop incident detection capabilities, and reduce management complexity. Services will be implemented across multiple school locations.

• Must have valid FCC Form 498 ID (SPIN)
• Must have FCC Registration Number and Green Light Status
• Must comply with FCC Cybersecurity Pilot program rules
• Must not offer prohibited equipment (Huawei, ZTE, Kaspersky)

• Provide Chief Security Office as a Service (MDR)
• Implement Extended Detection & Response (XDR) for 1275 endpoints
• Deploy SIEM solution across multiple systems and servers
• Conduct penetration testing of network infrastructure
• Perform Dark Web scanning for security threats
• Configure alerting and reporting systems
• Develop incident detection and response capabilities
• Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer and training
• Improve network and data monitoring systems
• Support compliance with FCC Cybersecurity Pilot program rules
• Document system configuration and installation details
• Implement user and entity behavior analytics
• Provide Active Directory reporting and backup
• Ensure proper service configuration across all school locations
• Maintain detailed documentation for audit compliance
