Buyer seeks to establish a Qualified Vendor List for on-call construction management and inspection services for various maintenance and capital projects. Services include construction management, inspection, contract administration, and labor compliance for flood control, bridge, road, bikeway, and parks projects. Buyer will issue Contract Task Orders on an as-needed basis to qualified firms that are selected for the vendor list.

- 7/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- Ability to do business in Orange County, California
- Conducted business in California for minimum of five years
- Experience conducting similar work as requested in SOQ
- Possess valid Professional Engineer's license in California
- Review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
- Evaluate and track project schedules and CPM schedules
- Prepare independent cost estimates for contract changes
- Evaluate potential claims and prepare analysis with recommendations
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings and maintain submittal logs
- Conduct daily job site inspections to ensure compliance
- Verify materials and work meet contract specifications
- Review Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans for compliance
- Perform labor compliance interviews of contractor employees
- Verify certified payroll documentation meets prevailing wage requirements
