• Experience in providing educational program content to students
• Experience conducting live training and webinars on remote platforms

• Develop online curriculum for voice writing court reporting
• Create training modules that satisfy Court Reporters Board of California requirements
• Provide both synchronous and asynchronous sessions with scheduled office hours
• Incorporate Dragon and Eclipse software training
• Grade students' dictation homework and tests
• Develop assessments for each module with student performance tracking
• Hold weekly one-hour live online office hours for student support
• Deliver curriculum for two cohorts annually (40-60 students each)
• Meet online monthly with Adult School staff to review curriculum
• Prepare students for national certification and state licensure
