  • Must be licensed in accordance with the law
  • Must provide HACCP or Food Safety and Security Program
  • Must maintain required insurance coverage
  • Must provide Workers' Compensation coverage as required by California law
  • Provide monthly food safety and sanitation service checks to 84 school sites
  • Create and implement staff training program for food safety and sanitation practices
  • Supply sanitation products and ensure proper distribution to all locations
  • Conduct routine service of sanitation equipment at multiple locations
  • Implement HACCP or Food Security and Safety Program
  • Provide weekly price lists and monthly statements
  • Train staff on food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Provide velocity reports and detailed ordering systems
  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations
  • Deliver supplies between 7:00am and 12:00pm on scheduled days
