Parents Lead Early Childhood Content Creation

Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to develop new, evidence-based content for the Parents Lead program. The project aims to create resources, tools, media content, and materials to help parents and caregivers of children from birth to age five promote positive behavioral health outcomes. The content must align with Parents Lead principles including ongoing communication, effective monitoring, positive role-modeling, and engagement and support. The successful vendor will develop and implement a content creation plan and strategic communication strategy.

• 7/31/2025 - Approximate Issue Date of Notice of Intent to Award
• 8/18/2025 - Approximate Contract Start Date

• Minimum of three years of experience in completing similar work

• Create evidence-based behavioral health content for parents of children ages birth to five
• Design resources, tools, and media content promoting positive behavioral health outcomes
• Develop content that aligns with Parents Lead protective factors
• Ensure content is culturally-sensitive and accessible for all families
• Create content in multiple formats including handouts, videos, and social media
• Develop at least ten new topics not currently on Parents Lead website
• Provide multiple resources for each topic targeting specific audience demographics
• Create strategic communication and media placement plan
• Develop dissemination and communication plan for new content
• Provide monthly progress reports and final summary report
