The contract period is 1,825 days (5 years). Services will include monitoring and managing transportation systems, coordinating incident response, and operating intelligent transportation systems.

• Provide operational support for TSM&O Program at Regional Transportation Management Center
• Monitor and operate transportation management systems
• Manage traffic incidents and coordinate emergency response
• Operate Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment
• Perform traveler information dissemination
• Coordinate with emergency responders and other agencies
• Analyze traffic data and generate performance reports
• Maintain transportation management software systems
• Implement traffic management strategies during special events
• Staff the Transportation Management Center 24/7
• Develop and implement operational procedures
• Provide technical training for TMC staff
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
• Support hurricane evacuation operations
• Manage and operate CCTV camera systems
• Coordinate detour routes during incidents
• Support integrated corridor management activities
• Perform quality control on traffic data
• Maintain operational readiness of backup systems
• Document operational activities and incidents
