Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering services for structural repairs of the Commercial Street Parking Garage located in Bellingham WA. The project requires comprehensive architectural and engineering services to support the required structural repairs. The selected consultant will work closely with a City Facilities Project Manager to complete the design. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.

- Previous experience working on commercial parking structures of similar size
- Ability to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services
- Provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for structural repairs
- Design structural repairs for commercial parking garage
- Work closely with City Facilities Project Manager
- Complete structural assessment of existing parking structure
- Develop repair specifications and construction documents
- Coordinate with local building authorities for permits
- Address deteriorated concrete, structural steel, and expansion joints
- Ensure compliance with current building codes and standards
- Develop phasing plan to maintain garage operations during repairs
- Provide construction administration services
