Citizens Property Insurance Corporation
Buyer is seeking firms capable of providing sinkhole engineering services for property insurance claims and property risk assessment. Buyer needs services for sinkhole loss testing, stabilization monitoring, pre-insurance property inspection, and expert testimony. Buyer will create a panel of qualified vendors to perform services on a case-by-case basis. Buyer intends to award multiple contracts with a three-year initial term plus optional two-year renewal.

- Must have licensed Structural and Geotechnical Professional Engineer on staff
- Engineers must have at least five years sinkhole testing experience
- Must meet requirements under Florida Statutes 627.706, 627.707, 627.7072, 627.7073
- Must have completed minimum of five sinkhole evaluations in Florida recently
- Perform sinkhole loss testing and evaluation services
- Provide stabilization monitoring services for confirmed sinkhole activity
- Prepare sinkhole inspection reports for property insurance applications
- Provide expert testimony services for claims and underwriting
- Submit detailed engineering reports compliant with Florida Statutes
- Monitor stabilization projects while in progress
- Document boring drill depths and grout takes during projects
- Conduct floor evaluation surveys to determine structural damage
- Perform geophysical surveys to assess soil stability
- Retain soil samples and related data for six years
