Buyer seeks a contractor to conduct six 20-hour Asthma Management Academy training sessions annually. The training will be delivered to community health workers who provide asthma self-management education to patients. Sessions must be offered in English and Spanish, either virtually or in-person, targeting organizations serving high asthma burden communities. The contract term will run from September 2025 through June 2028.

• Three consecutive years working with government agencies
• Computer literacy skills with platforms like Zoom and MS Teams
• Experience delivering public health self-management education
• Experience conducting home visits
• Experience working with high asthma burden communities
• Experience educating on asthma pathophysiology and triggers
• Ability to deliver curriculum in English and Spanish
• Sound business integrity and history of responsiveness
• Financial stability with adequate cash reserves

• Conduct six 20-hour Academy training sessions annually
