Augusta Engineering and Environmental Services Department

Buyer seeks qualified IT support companies to provide professional network monitoring and maintenance services. The work includes an annual monitoring and maintenance package for Augusta's Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) network. Services must be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the ITS network and vital components. The contract term is one year with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms.

• 7/8/2025 - Questions Due
• 7/22/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Cisco Premier or Gold Partner certification
• Minimum 7 years ATMS/ITS networks experience
• Advanced experience with IP routers, switches, and cybersecurity
• Staff with Cisco CCIE and CCNP/CCDP certifications
• Physical office within 3 hours of Augusta's TMC
• State of Georgia/Cisco Systems authorization for hardware/services

• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring of ITS network
• Maintain Cisco IE4000 and Catalyst 38xx Series Switches
• Support Cisco ASA with Firepower and Advanced Malware Protection
• Manage VMWARE environments
• Maintain Intelight Maxview or similar ATMS software
• Support Axis Camera Systems with IP Multicast Distribution
• Manage Barracuda Business Continuity systems
• Implement SNMP-based monitoring and maintenance
• Provide rapid response to network issues
• Ensure network cybersecurity protection
