Buyer seeks engineering services for the replacement of an undersized culvert at Canaan Hill Road/Fund Road intersection. The project aims to improve flood resiliency, prevent road washouts, reduce sedimentation, and improve aquatic organism passage. The existing 4-foot boiler tube culvert is undersized and regularly overtops during high water events. The new structure must be designed to VTrans Hydraulic Manual standards and address multiple site constraints.
