The work encompasses multiple infrastructure packages including a 3MG culinary water reservoir, Porter Rockwell Boulevard construction, Phase I infrastructure, Porter Rockwell Bridge, water transmission lines, and landscaping development.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of design documents for backbone infrastructure
• Perform regular on-site inspections at key project milestones
• Verify compliance with engineering standards and design criteria
• Provide detailed field observation reports with photographic evidence
• Evaluate and monitor contractor's QA/QC procedures
• Identify and track nonconforming work with corrective measures
• Review fire/life safety systems in vertical construction
• Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders
• Support final inspections, testing, and commissioning processes
• Verify installed work aligns with approved plans and specifications
