Buyer seeks a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and digital wellbeing platform to support the holistic health of employees and eligible dependents. The program must promote mental, emotional, physical, and financial wellness through responsive support services. Services include counseling, critical incident response, work-life services, and a digital wellbeing platform. The contract will be valid for one year with option to extend for four more one-year terms.

• Provide 24/7/365 toll-free access for confidential intake and crisis support
• Deliver 5 counseling sessions per issue per year through multiple modalities
• Offer manager consultations for difficult workplace situations
• Provide 25 hours of critical incident stress debriefing services annually
• Ensure onsite/virtual trauma response within 72 hours of request
• Deliver legal and financial consultations with qualified professionals
• Provide childcare and eldercare referrals
• Offer life coaching related to career planning and wellness goals
• Develop secure web-based and mobile-enabled wellbeing platform
• Provide 25 hours of LifeWorks Learning training sessions annually
