Buyer seeks engineering services to conduct a Flood Protection Level of Service Assessment and Adaptation Planning for the Upper Ocklawaha River Basin. The project includes detailed analysis of regional and local water management infrastructure throughout the basin. Buyer requires development of basin-wide adaptation strategies and mitigation projects aimed at maintaining or enhancing flood protection levels. The study results will inform the buyer, local governments, and other agencies about potential improvements to water management facilities and stormwater infrastructure.

- Develop regional flood models for the basin area
- Analyze regional and local water management infrastructure
- Develop basin-wide adaptation strategies for flood protection
- Create flood mitigation projects to maintain/enhance protection levels
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed mitigation strategies
- Identify infrastructure improvement opportunities for flood alleviation
- Provide detailed technical reports on modeling methodologies and findings
- Create maps illustrating current and potential future flood conditions
- Coordinate with local governments and state/federal agencies
