Buyer is seeking Construction Management services for the expansion of office space and garage at 675 S. Glaspie Street in Oxford, Michigan. The project includes expanding office and administrative space into an existing garage bay and expanding the garage and bus parking area into a previously unused garage. Improvements include upgraded restrooms, new shower area, and bus wash-bay. The contract will be awarded using AIA A133-2019 for Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with Guaranteed Maximum Price.

• 7/15/2025 - Clarification response posting

• 7/29/2025 - Possible interviews

• Provide comprehensive Construction Management services for office and garage expansion
• Create overall project budget and schedule
• Provide pre-construction phase services including budget establishment and bidding
• Coordinate construction-related issues such as change orders and schedule adjustments
• Supervise sub-trades performing the work
• Review and price mezzanine and non-mezzanine options
• Create 90% Contract Document budget for construction and soft costs
• Prepare scopes of work for sub-trades
• Schedule and conduct project progress meetings
• Provide monthly budget and schedule reports
