Buyer is seeking Sponsorship Promoter Services through a competitive contracting process. The service provider will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships for the school district. Proposals must be submitted electronically and comply with all specified requirements and documentation. The buyer reserves the right to disqualify vendors pursuant to relevant statutes.

• Develop sponsorship packages and marketing materials

• Generate additional revenue through corporate partnerships
• Coordinate sponsor visibility at school events and venues
• Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with educational sponsorship guidelines
• Develop digital and physical sponsorship activation opportunities
