• Experience delivering training to law enforcement in multiple formats
• Key personnel with ADDIE instructional systems design method experience

• Develop research-based training using ADDIE instructional design method
• Create synchronous and asynchronous learning modules
• Deliver training via in-person, remote, and web-based formats
• Provide oral transliteration services
• Design training for law enforcement interactions with limited English speakers
• Create specialized curriculum for deaf/hard of hearing populations
