• Must provide Certificate of Insurance with Workers Compensation and General Liability coverage
• Valid FCC Form 498 ID (SPIN) and FCC Registration Number
• Not under FCC red light status
• Three years experience with similar projects
• Ability to comply with FCC Cybersecurity Pilot program rules

• Implement unified data protection platform for physical, virtual, and cloud environments
• Deploy on-premises and cloud-based backup capabilities with ransomware protection
• Provide immutable backup storage with air-gapped or cloud vaulting
• Integrate with existing Nutanix infrastructure ensuring application-consistent backups
• Conduct complete migration from existing HYCU system to new platform
• Implement automated failover/failback and disaster recovery orchestration
• Configure role-based access controls integrated with Active Directory/Entra ID
• Deliver comprehensive training for district IT staff
• Provide detailed documentation including configuration and management procedures
• Support ongoing maintenance with periodic health checks for three years
