Buyer is seeking a comprehensive cybersecurity solution for their school district as part of the Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program. Buyer operates a network serving approximately 7,100 students and 900 staff members across 13 campuses. Buyer requires solutions for resource/asset protection, incident response, endpoint security, cloud security, and ongoing monitoring services. The contract will be for a 3-year period, renewable each year.

• Must have valid FCC Form 498 ID (SPIN)
• Must be compliant with FCC Cybersecurity Pilot program rules
• Must have FCC green light status
• Must certify compliance with FCC 19-121 (equipment restrictions)
• Must provide educational organization references

• Implement incident detection and response systems
• Deploy data monitoring and protection solutions
• Configure network security hardware/software
• Provide forensic and incident response capabilities
• Implement endpoint, network and cloud security
• Deliver monthly monitoring services for school systems
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs
• Implement data backup and system recovery solutions
• Establish virtual private networks and authentication systems
• Configure and manage CMDB and threat detection systems
