- Attend quarterly Labor Management Health Insurance Committee meetings
- Implement innovative healthcare solutions
- Provide support to employees and retirees regarding insurance plans
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
- Analyze claims experience and utilization data
- Develop strategies to implement new regulations
- Process electronic transfer of data between County and carriers
- Generate computer reports for management purposes
