• Facilitate community survey and focus groups for public outreach
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with officials, staff, businesses and residents
• Synthesize data to identify village direction and key focus areas
• Develop implementation framework with specific departmental action steps
• Create metrics to measure success and implementation timeline
• Integrate strategic plan with comprehensive plan and marketing/branding initiatives
• Assist with cost estimates for significant action items
• Provide framework for internal/external environmental scanning process
• Design implementation plan suitable for budget process integration
• Facilitate Village Board workshop and present final plans
