Buyer is seeking a full-service agency partner to build its brand through comprehensive advertising campaigns and strategic media planning. The project includes promoting Schaumburg as a premiere community and spurring economic development growth. Buyer requires a partner who can deliver fresh, targeted creative content with strategic media planning and execution. The agency will work closely with the Communications & Outreach Department and Economic Development Department.

• At least five years' experience with expertise in advertising, media planning and media buying
• Proficiency in developing creative solutions aligned with brand platform
• Demonstrated excellence in creative advertising within integrated campaigns
• Knowledge and experience working with the regional Chicagoland media market

• Develop strategic, research-based recommendations for creative marketing and media planning
• Create and produce results-driven creative content for various platforms
• Manage production of creative concepts and deliver to media outlets
• Determine efficient media mix and recommend appropriate channels
• Integrate analytics tools to measure impact of media strategies
• Provide post-buy reporting and analysis
• Build brand awareness through comprehensive advertising campaigns
• Promote business opportunities to spur economic development growth
• Reduce office vacancy rate from 30% to 25%
• Coordinate with Economic Development's marketing efforts
