Exclusion Screening & Hotline Services

Buyer seeks experienced vendors to provide exclusion screening checks against OIG, SAM and other databases that list excluded or debarred individuals and entities. The services also include management of a compliance hotline service for stakeholders to report issues. Buyer will award contracts for one or both service groups to ensure compliance with federal guidelines. The contract term is five years with three one-year renewal options.

• Complete Trust's IT security questionnaire
• Demonstrate experience servicing clients of similar size and complexity

• Screen against OIG, SAM and other exclusion databases
• Receive and transmit files securely and efficiently
• Process single and batch name screenings in timely manner
• Provide clear reporting and documentation of screening steps
• Offer guidance on verification of positive exclusions
• Manage 24/7/365 compliance hotline services
• Categorize and track hotline calls effectively
• Conduct thorough intake of hotline calls
• Provide timely reporting of hotline calls
• Maintain user-friendly call tracking and metrics system
